self love

It is NOT natural to turn against the self. We must be taught, conditioned, and programmed to believe we are unworthy.

The worst thing that could happen to a human being, is that they become programmed to believe, they are not enough.

When a mind has become convinced that the SELF is irrelevant, the DIVINE human/spiritual/energetic/vibrational vehicle CANNOT operate well.

Do you...

  • struggle with feeling invisible?
  • tend to attract narcissistic and abusive partners?
  • cater to the needs of others?
  • fear speaking up and telling your truth?

If so you're not alone.

Many people are unaware as to why they do what they do.  Most of us do not realize we are 95% unconscious and only 5% concsious and that almost all of what we think, both conscious and unconscious is negative.

ACOA's don't recognize that their need to be validated is so strong--that they sometimes seek to control others through care-taking for them--to induce a sense of 'need'--so that others never leave them.

To stop the insanity wheel from spinning--we ACOA's need to take accountability for our own happiness--by accepting self--and others--without expecting others to fulfill our needs--or help maks wounds they didn't create.

If you are the adult child of an alcoholic--that means that you did not learn how to think 'well/healthy or appropriately' as a child. How could you? Your parents were inebriated--and or in denial about being inebriated.

Are you cycling in and out of unhealthy relationships? Do you easily get sucked into other people's drama's?
